REFUND POLICY

All of the books sold at Ray Adams Books are digital PDF downloads, delivered instantly by email after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

That said, I stand behind every book. If your download link does not work, your file arrives damaged, or you have any other trouble receiving what you paid for, email me at eaadaa@gmail.com and I will make it right — whether that means a fresh download link, a replacement file, or personal help getting the book onto your device.

If you accidentally purchase the same title twice, contact me and I will gladly correct it.
